Pastelería La Tarta
La Tarta is a small shop with a few places to sit selling both local and Uruguayan pastries and cakes. It is a paradise for everyone with a sweet tooth. And of course, they also offer a variety of coffee and tea. We recommend trying out Alfajores, sweet delights usually made of flour, honey, almonds and flavored with cinnamon. You should also give a try to jam-filled Pastafrola and to Cañoncitos de dulce de leche, pastries with caramel filling. And of course, you can enjoy it all without having to worry about spending too much money.
