- We charge 50% of the rental price within 48 hours. However if the prepayment is unable to charge for cancellation will communicate.
- 7 days before the arrival of customers, we will make a pre authorization on your card remaining 50% of the rental price.
- If the customer decides to cancel the reservation 7 days before arrival in any case we will refund the prepayment of 50%, if the cancellation will be done in less than 7 days , total reservation cost will be charged

The flat is really nice. Not so good view from the balcony but also the location is very good.
first at all barcelona is a beautiful city, for those who haven been here. Me and my husband went here for a mounth insted of going too a hotel we wanted a apartment. there were some stuff we wanted too be fixed in the apartment when we came, we were not a 100 % happy. so we called the owner ( that did not speak very good english) but in someway he understod some words, and it did not take long before he came and fix the things we wanted, that is what I call service.

We had some problems when we first arrived, but afterward i did not feel like leaving, because the apartment is so amazing.
