This cozy studio apartment is the best option to enjoy with your couple in a shelter with a great personality. This is an apartment of 40 m2, located on the second floor, with elevator. It was recently renovated, but keeping its rustic structure with high ceilings with wooden beams and brick walls, which together with the eclectic decor create a very bohemian atmosphere. The space have a living room with double sofa bed and dining table for 4 people. It is separated from the bedroom (with double bed) through a wood blind.
The special thing about this area is the glass shower gives a sensual and intimate touch to the bedroom. This studio in Barcelona, is certainly a unique option that combines central location with a space with personality. It is ideal for a couple, which may come with 2 children or babies (supplement of € 20 per child).

The rent for days study is located off Princess Street, one of the busiest roads of El Born. This section not only contains important history and attractions, but also is always full of life and movement. Surrounded by restaurants, terraces, bars, cafes, art galleries and shops, all with a very chic and cosmopolitan. From this point, you can easily tour the city center and walk through the Gothic Quarter. Some places of interest around the apartment are: Via Laietana, the Cathedral, Las Ramblas, Picasso Museum, Paseo de Colón, Barceloneta beach, Parque de la Ciutadella, Arc de Triomphe, the Palau de la Música Catalana, just to name a world of destinations you can not miss the chance to meet during his visit to Barcelona. In addition, the study is next to a subway estació and bus stops that can take you to any point in the city at a time.

Ce studio est tout simplement original et bien décoré. Pour un break à deux, c\'est ce qu\'il y a de mieux. Super vacs à Barcelone !
The apartment is in a great location. The old city, metro, Rambla, beach, Picasso Museum and train station are a short walk from it. It is well designed and well equiped. Everything is exactly like in the pictures! The owner made a warm welcoming and took care even about the TV that had the programmes in our native language. There is enough space for two people although fitting kitchen, bedroom, living room and bathroom in such a small space demanded a lot of creativity and there are places that you can\'t move around freely but it is definately better than a hotel room, it is comfortable and it is simply beautiful. There is one thing that is both advantage and disadvantage. There are two windows in the flat both at the back of the building what makes it quiet and cosy but on the other hand it is dark and you have to have the light on all the time ( day and night), there is no view out of the window too. There was also one very small thing that was not related to the apartment itself. The landlady knew French and could read English. She wrote mails in Spanish what was\'t comfortable for me as I don\'t know Spanish and the translators translated the mails wrong. I had to ask Spanish friends to help me if I got the message right. All in all not everybody has to know English. Generallwy we enjoyed the stay very much and we relaxed in this quiet place, rested during the day and after the exciting sightseeing in the busy town.
Appartement vraiment cosy. La douche est magnifique !! J\'y repense encore même après être parti ! Je le recommande vivement.

I liked this loft very much, it is very stylish and cosy, allthough not a lot of light comes in during the day, and you don\'t wake up with the sun on your face, something i love! But all in all it was an awsome place and an awsome spot to enjoy Barcelona from. We weren\'t there most of the day, but when we were, we were very comfortable and relaxed.
