Charming sunny and quiet 2 bedroom apartment available for short to long term stays.
This accommodation has a renovated and fully equipped kitchen, integrated into a space that serves as a dining room, with a bright white table and 4 comfortable chairs. The large doors to the balcony, accessible from kitchens and bedrooms, allow in plenty of natural light; thus creating a very welcoming atmosphere in which to enjoy your stay with your family or friends. The living room comes with exposed brick clad walls, providing a perfect contrast to the contemporary style sofa and soft rug adorning the black tiled floor. From the living room there is access to the rooms, designed in an impeccable, simple and sophisticated style: one equipped with a double bed, and the other with 2 single beds. A full bathroom with a shower and elegant black tiles on the wall complete the accommodation.
The apartment is located in the Sants-Montjuïc district, a few steps from the Plaça de Sants metro station (L1 / L5), with direct connection to Plaza Catalunya.

Alles super, wir waren sehr zufrieden, Fussballstadion haben wir zu Fuß erreichen können, nur das Sofa waren ziemlich unbequem zum Schlafen. Sonst die 2 Betten TOP. Die Damen wAren auch sehr zuvollkommend und hilfsbereit. Ich würde unsere Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.
Well.... we loved the apartment. Sure, not perfect.. some little details could be improved in a very cheap way. But location is great, close to Metro and a very good market of fresh food (Mercat Nou) and above a useful bakery. And all around a lot of little makets/bazars (pakistanese the most) when you need basic groceries. Internet worked great all the time. It´s an old building and the elevator is scaring .. hehehehe Anyway BARCELONA IS GREAT !!! COOLLLLLL.. Enjoy it !!!!
I enjoyed this property - it had an old world charm, the neighbors were warm and welcoming, and I absolutely loved the fact that right outside my door were all manner of goods (bakery, farmacia, grocery, specialty market, fruits and vegetables). The icing on the cake, was the apartment\'s proximity to the Sants train station. My first weeks in Barcelona were great, and this excellent, well located apartment added to the experience.

Nicely decorated and bright apartment with good connections to different parts of the city. Two spacious bedrooms, nice kitchen and two balconies. Good appliances for everyday living and many grocery stores (not to mention Mercat Nou market hall) at a walking distance. Situated at a lively \'Rambla\' with many cafeterias and bars, where you can enjoy your breakfast, afternoon coffee and tapas, of course. As a bonus, the apartment is situated in the vicinity of Carrer de Sants, which is closed for traffic - and free for strolling - at the weekends. To mention some cons, the initial cleaning could have been better - even though it was mostly clean, we found some stains that could have been easily cleaned as well as some rubbish under the couch. For someone who enjoys cooking, the quality of the kitchenware (knives, pans) could also have been better. Also, since it is an old building the insulation is scarce - meaning that both cold and noise from the street get in (though the heating helps with the cold). Of course we understand this is a common problem with the old buildings in Barcelona. All in all, we really enjoyed our 11-month stay here!
