The apartment is located 5 minutes walking from Plaza Catalunya, Las Ramblas, Gotic Quarter, Raval, etc.

In this area there's an huge number of bars, restaurants, shops and everything you can imagine.

From the apartment you have easy access to the main metro lines: L1, L2, L3, L4, L6 and L7.

And you can reach any part of the city and another cities from here.

Visit all of the main sites of Barcelona, including Park Guell.

The apartment is near the tourist areas where you can find many souvenir shops.

The beach is easily accessible by metro or bus.

Check out the amazing art and architecture throughout the city.

Visit Placa d'Espanya a major tourist site in the center of Barcelona.

From the apartment it is easy to get to the FC Barcelona Stadium at Camp Nou by public transportation.

Visit Gaudi's famous Park Guell and take a picture with the famous gecko guarding the entrance!

Buy fresh fruits and meats at one of the many markets located throughout the city.

Spend a day in the park taking a walk or having a picnic.

Take a walk on the famous tourist street La Rambla.

Spacious apartment with an elegant contemporary design perfect for students seeking a long-term accommodation near the University of Barcelona campus. The interior is characterized by a soothing color scheme of gray and black, high quality finishes and soft lighting, sure to make you feel at home during your stay. In the living room you will find a collection of comfortable black couches and a charming white coffee table facing a flatscreen TV. From here you will have access to a balcony, from which you can enjoy spectacular 7th floor views of the city. A corridor will lead you to the 4 sophisticated bedrooms - a master bedroom with an ample double bed, 2 double rooms with 2 cozy single beds each and a sunny single room. Each bedroom comes with a sober minimalist design and an enormous white closet in which to store your clothes. The residence also features a spa-like bathroom with gorgeous dark brown tiles and shower, as well as a separate WC for your comfort. You will surely enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, which comes with a dining area and fabulous views of the university.

This apartment has an exclusive central location, just a few meters from Plaça Universitat and its namesake metro station, from which you can easily reach any other part of the city. Within walking distance are Plaça de Catalunya, the famous La Rambla, the Boqueria market and MACBA museum. There are also several fantastic restaurants and bars in this neighborhood, as well as plazas perfect for a refreshing drink with friends. We highly recommend Flax & Kale and Cosmo cafe nearby.

pleasure to stay

I had the pleasure to stay 1 month around New Year\'s at the cozy apartment on Ronda Universitat. The location of the apartment was just perfect, walking distance to everything! The apartment was clean and big enough for our group (7 people). It seemed that if you would book this with 9 people the last 2 would have to sleep on the couches in the living room, but not sure about it. The fact that there was a separate toilet besides the one in the bathroom was a big plus. Only after an hour or so hot water started to run out in the shower, but still maintained reasonably warm. We didn\'t cook, but kitchen seemed suitable for it with even a dishwasher being present. The check-in process worked well.

Comfortably located in the center of Barcelona with walking distance to Plaza Catalunya and the beach. Me and my family really enjoyed the apartment and the sunny weather here. One of my sons lost the keys to the apartment but our landlord was kind enough to fix us a new one which didn't take long at all. We all can't wait to come here next summer for a second trip.

Beautiful flat! It was big and had a lot of rooms, and the view from the balcony was so beautiful, you could see to the mountains, loved it :) before booking we called and barcelonahome were really nice and helped us with all the questions we had about the flat and the area.

nice apartment, wireless internet was good and not slow like in many apartments, we were with a lot of people here to skate in barcelona and we enjoyed it! also had a lot of parties in the good clubs like jambore at place real, could walk or skate to anywhere in the city center and didnt need the metro for that
