The Born district offers all kinds of shops and restaurants, as well as lots of leisure activities. The area is very well connected, metro L4 - Barceloneta and Estación de Francia just 5 minutes away. You get to the beach and Plaça Catalunya in only 15 minutes on foot.

I rented this flat for 7 months whilst working in Spain, the location was perfect.
