Key responsibilities will include

  • Create and execute a B2C communications strategy that takes into customer insights, customer segmentation, customer value proposition, sales strategy and B2C communications strategy. Plan should incorporate input from the Sales and Marketing team.
  • Lead the development of strong, creative presentations and resource guides; be comfortable communicating a variety of projects, including marketing programs, campaigns and develop strategies.
  • Work collaboratively and in an integrated with team across Marketing, ensuring consistency of message across channels and leveraging our marketing platform.
  • Manage B2C budget, including timely and accurate updating of information in budget spreadsheets.
  • Identifies and stays on top of emerging topics and trends related to our industry, customers and competitors and uses insights to inform communications planning as it relates to digital activity.
