Upon entering, you will pass through a hallway with ceramic floors to the bedrooms, each designed with a minimalist style and complete with comfortable beds, nightstands and wardrobes. The large common area is divided into a lounge with sofas and an elegant dining room with a glass table. The pristine kitchen features a unique marble design, and is fully equipped to cook at home. You will also have access to 2 private terraces: one accessible from the entrance with a perfect table for outdoor dining, and another accessible from the dining room with comfortable sofas and a lounge area.
The house is in a desirable location, 5 minutes from Park Güell and from Parc del Guinardó, ideal for running in the mornings. The house is also very close to the famous bunkers of Barcelona, where you will find the remains of an antiaircraft battery from the Spanish Civil War, and from which point you can enjoy some of the best views of the city and sunset. Situated in a tranquil residential neighborhood, the apartment also comes with excellent connections to the center: the 24 bus will take you to Plaça de Catalunya and the 92 bus line will give you direct access to the Paseo de Marítimo. The Alfons X metro station will connect you easily with el Born and Barceloneta.

Très belle maison, conforme aux photos. Pas loin des commerçants et ligne direct pour aller à la plage, très pratique. Petit point négatif : le prix un peu trop élevé par rapport à ce que l\'on peut trouver habituellement à barcelone.

I was in this apartment with my friend for a weekend in Barcelona and was a beautiful experience. The apartment is situated very close to the Guinardò’s park in a quite zone but not far from the centre of the city. The apartment was very clean and well furnished.

Me gusto mucho fue un gran apartamento y su localización junto Parc Güell nos fue genial. Muy amplio y muy luminoso, el apartamento está muy bien arreglado. La terraza la disfrutamos mucho la comunidad es agradable y la zona segura.
