The bed faces a wooden media cabinet with TV, the sliding doors of a very large closet in which to store your things, and the entrance to a beautifully bathroom with high quality finishes. You will also have access to a large private balcony and a community pool, which is large enough to do full laps in for exercise in the morning.

With a fantastic location in the quiet residential neighborhood of Sant Andreu, you and your partner will enjoy the opportunity to truly relax while also being just a short metro or bus ride away from Plaza Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia, the Arc de Triomf and many other attractions. Within walking distance of the apartment you will find Parc del Guinardó, ideal for jogs in the morning, as well as emblematic sites such as the Sagrada Familia of Gaudí and Hospital Sant Pau, 2 of the most important examples of Modernist architecture in Barcelona.
