We had a nice staty at your apartment and was very satisfied. Though there were a few things that could have been better: The checkin process was very confusing and we got a lot of mixed messages. A week before I enquired over email at was told we should pick up the keys at the office. At the day of arrival 2 hours before arriving in Barceloa we received an email saying the keys were in the box at the apartment. Expecting people can check email upto 2 hours before arriving is way to late and not ok to expect. Check out notes Apartments -floor PP in check in envelope does not match E elevator button causes unnecessary confusion when checking in with a lot of luggage getting off at the wrong floor -front door lock handle loose on inside -remote control to tv does not work except mute button. Probably been wrongly programmed -toaster triggers the HPFI and light goes out -patio door insulation loose -patio table about to break
I stayed in this apartment with my family and was beautiful, is a luxury apartment. It\'s very close to plaza Catalunya but is situated in a quite zone. The landlord was very kind!
Je suis venue à Barcelone il y a deux semaines avec quelques amis pour profiter d\'une semaine à Barcelone. L\'appartement est proche de différents lieux touristiques ainsi que des bars et restaurants mais sans avoir le problème du bruit, ce qui est genial. L\'appartement est vraiment de tout confort, nous avons ete agreablement supris!

First of all, we are satisfyed all things considered. What could be improved though, is that there were not that many utensiles in the kitchen. Very few glasses and and coffe cups, and not many discs either. Which meant that we had to run the dishwasher pretty often. The stove was complicated, or possibly out of order, since we could not start it at all to boil our eggs etc. But in total as I wrote in the beginning, it was a great apartment, in a nice location Regards Hans
