Handmade Festival

From the 28th until the 30th of April there will be a Handmade Festival organised at Fira Barcelona, perfect for all the creative DIY (Do It Yourself) people. The festival promotes DIY and creative recycling.

Here you can enjoy different workshops, master classes, tastings, exhibitions and concerts, as well as a wide range of articles and materials from more than 150 exhibitors from the sectors yarn, paper, meet & sweet, DIY, decoration and gardening.

They also organize the Handmade Night where you can try the ‘Make & Gin’. At this night you get the chance to make the perfect cocktail with workshops, tastings and musical concerts to enjoy a fabulous evening.

Mercat de Mercats

Mercat de Mercats: a three day long food festival in Barcelona. Between the last days of October you can visit Mercat de Mercats, a festival for lovers of food and drink. This outdoor food festival is located in the centre of Barcelona’s Gothic quarter, which itself is worth visiting. The market starts in the square in front of Barcelona Cathedral called Avinguda de la Cathedral and continues in to the Gothic area. This great food festival is held to promote the quality products from the city of Barcelona and around Catalonia. Is is fear to say, this is an unmissable event!
