- 7 days before the arrival of customers, we will make a pre authorization on your card remaining 50% of the rental price.
- If the customer decides to cancel the reservation 7 days before arrival in any case we will refund the prepayment of 50%, if the cancellation will be done in less than 7 days , total reservation cost will be charged

Perfect for a family holidays. Great location to discover the city..everything is close! It is a bit annoying to do the chek-in somewhere else but it wasnt far.

We really like the location. You can walk to all the shops and center but at the same time its quiet. We are actually staying here the second time. Very satisfied. This time we felt like the apartment was quite dirty but they fixed it the next day.
