Fabulous penthouse perfect for couples who want to enjoy a romantic vacation in Barcelona. The design is characterized by its fresh red and white color scheme, as well as its mix of contemporary and vintage elements, such as pop art and round mirrors that adorn the living room.
The living room is divided into a lounge area with a cozy red sofa and a dining space with a table for 4. From there, some red-painted metal stairs lead to the large private terrace furnished with table and chairs, and which is the place perfect for sunbathing or sharing a dinner under the stars. The room and its furnishings also feature the same color scheme: a large bright white wardrobe, comfortable red and white pillows, and a bright red headboard. The room has a small balcony where the washing machine and clothesline are located. The fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower complete the apartment.

Very nice apartment in the centre of Barcelona. The most advantage - is a big terrace - very important on our opinion.
Die Wohnung war sehr schön, gepflegt und sauber. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr schöne Terrasse, die wir aber leider aus Zeitgründen nur sehr wenig nutzen konnten. Die Lage am Placa de Espana war auch gut mit guter U-Bahn und Bus Anbindung.

Je tiens à recommander cet appartement qui se situe à côté de la Plaza España. Le balcon terrasse est un grand atout car en plus d\'être grand, la rue n\'est pas bruyante. Concernant l\'appartement, il est très bien agencé et lumineux.
