Stylish apartment in Born, mere meters away from the Picasso Museum. This is a fabulous living space which has been recently renovated with contemporary furniture and a dash of traditional Catalan authenticity, especially in the exposed brick walls and wooden beams. The bedroom is big, spacious and designed with earthly colors for a nice homey vibe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and features wooden shelves and counter-tops giving the place a fresh look. Finally there's the spacious living room which is complete with a fully equipped kitchenette, trendy decoration, a big comfy couch and lastly access to the large balcony, which overlooks the busy streets of Born.
This apartment is in a great location as the Old Town in Barcelona is such a dense area, everything you might want or need will be a step away. There's a plethora of small shops, boutiques, bars and such in the area in addition to some of Barcelona's favorite places, e.g. the Chocolate Museum, Basilica de Santa Maria del Mar, Catalan Palace of Music and so on. Another benefit of living in Born is that getting around to other parts of Barcelona is hardly an issue when you have round the clock buses and the L4 metro at Jaume I station.

The apartment was extremely nice and the Location was just great. A Major drawback was, since I had to work in this Apartment, that there was enormous noise from the house on the other side of the street which was under renovation on all flours. This, however, is nothing that I want to attribute to you. There were certain items that I found clearly missing in the apartment, such a coffee machine. Please check the air-conditionning. At the end of the stay the Apartment got very cold, although it was only beginning of November. While the air-conditionning indicated 30 degrees, the air was much more cooling down the arpartment rather than heating it. In General, I was very happy with the Apartment.
