Jaimes is the main bookshop in Barcelona for French speakers. The shop sells a large selection of French books, but also books in Catalan, Spanish, English, Italian, and Portuguese. The store is located in Dreta Eixample, in the city centre. If you cannot find the book you want in the store, they can order it for you to collect later.
The owners of Jaimes also organize events and often welcome well known writers, such as Valéry Giscard-D’Estaing, Katherine Pancol, David Foenkinos and others for book signings and readings. They also have an exhibition space in which they showcase the work of famous illustrators.
