In order to be the best, they use fresh and high quality products. They also work with purveyors who share the same philosophy they do and therefore provide them with the best ingredients at their peak of freshness.
CINCSENTITS is the utmost expression of creativity and culinary technique. The restaurant is run by young chef Jordi Artal, and offers tasty menus with elaborated contempory Catalan dishes with influences from aound the world.
Dishes: Egg yolk ‘a la romana’ with pork neckfat, ‘Talltendre’ turnip and grilled ribs sauce. Garden of roasted, raw and pickled vegetables with fresh herbs sauce. Palamós prawns with garlic and parsley emulsion, essence of their heads and ‘mollete’ bread. Turbot with Llavaneres peas and black truffle. Pigeon with marinated berries, liver croquettes and fake rice.
