The apartment comes with a decoration of character with stone walls and exposed wooden beams, which provide a rustic touch and offer an elegant contrast.
The apartment consists of a large bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, kitchenette, living space and it faces north, with excellent views over the 9th century Convent de Sant Agusti from the balcony. It is also near to the Parc de la Ciutadella, to Barceloneta Beach and the Barrio Gotico and to the city center.

Bonjour j\'ai passé un séjour très désagréable dans cet appartement très bruyant non spécifié dans l\'annonce (restaurants en bas de l\'immeuble de chaque côté de l\'appartement), présence d\'énormes cafards durant tout le séjour malgré intervention de la propriétaire, équipement du logement laissant à désirer, four inutilisable car très sale, verres et assiettes ébréchés, salle de bains très humide (à refaire) sans ventilation, fenêtres non insonorisées, casseroles en très mauvais état, propriétaire pas toujours joignable, faisant intervenir des techniciens sans me prévenir de leur passage en mon absence. Je ne recommande pas ce logement qui a besoin d\'être entièrement rénové. je souhaite être remboursée pour indemnisation des 125 € de frais de réservation via votre site barcelona.home. Cordialement
this was a really good place, loved it. close to everything.
We thought this apartment was good for our internship in Barcelona and the location, food, and being in the gothic area of Barcelona were all great. We did find it hard to find the flat for the first few days - bring a map!

Set in one of the most beautiful and vibrant streets in Barcelona - this gorgeous apartment has everything you need for a memorable stay in the city. The apartment itself is in a quiet building, very safe and though a little rustic - charming. The street outside can be a noisy at night with bars and rubbish collection, but after a while we got used to it. El Born is a hip neighbourhood, with lots of great cafes, shops and restaurants. The apartment is easy to walk around the city from, and also close to the Parc de la Ciutadella - lovely for a morning jog or evening picnic. Itziar who looked after us for our stay, made us feel at home and was on hand to kindly help with any queries. We hope to be back!
