At the end of the hall is the newly renovated bathroom with a shower. The sleeping area is on the upper floor, made of wood and accessible by stairs from the living room. This floor is half height (1.5 mt) and is furnished with a double bed on one side and a single bed on the other, as well as a chest of drawers, it has wooden beams on the ceiling, which add an intimate and rustic touch to the room. the loft floor. The apartment is very good located, really close to metro station,in the lovely street. It\'s perfect for 2 or max 3 people, because it\'s really tiny. Renata (who met us) is very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our staying there.
I found everything nice and correct. In the beginning I thought it was a little bit overpriced but later on I realized that actually the Born zone is more expensive than this.
This was good place for our long stay, it was compact but had everything we needed. It's a good location with lots of local restaurants, shops and bars and a 15 min walk into centre of the town. Gustavo was very friendly and helpful when we checked in, thank you for everything. Billee
