This cozy studio in Barcelona, is located in the Sants-Montjuïc district , one of the most central and most attractive of the entire city. In fact this holiday apartment is located less than 5 minutes' walk from the Barcelona Trade Fair and the mountain of Montjuïc, where are concentrated numerous tourist attractions such as the Font Magica, the National Museum of Catalonia and Montjuic Castle. A two minutes are located 2 beautiful parks: Parc de l'Espanya Industrial and Joan Miró Park. This apartment is in a very safe area, surrounded by all kinds of shops. If you enjoy doing the shopping you can visit the new shopping center Las Arenas is located less than 2 minutes away. Move around the city will be very easy as this apartment is within walking distance of several metro stops and the train station Sants.

El piso está bien conectado con el metro, el tren y el autobús. Está limpio. El Internet es excelente. El barrio tiene de todo. El piso no está muy bien equipado. Faltan productos de limpieza, secamanos, gel, estropajos...Se trata de una ubicación muy ruidosa. Las ventanas no tienen aislamiento y dos persianas están rotas, por lo que es imprescindible ponerse tapones para los oídos. La atención de la agencia es impecable.

Piso agradable, muy luminoso y muy bien ubicado. No es ruidoso si cierras las ventanas. Es un buen lugar para quedarse. Dentro del precio no incluye los gastos de agua y luz que son alrededor de 100 euros más al mes.
