Modern style apartment, perfect for couples who wish to enjoy their stay in a quiet apartment in the center of Barcelona, and which is suitable for both weekends and longer stays. The spacious and sunny living room comes equipped with a comfortable black sofa facing the TV and a table for 4. A soft rug, 2 elegant mirrors and the relaxing abstract painting of a circular image complete the decoration of this space. This beautiful living room also has access to a small balcony, letting in a lot of natural light.
The balcony is shared by the bedroom, which is characterized by its polished design, neat black and white color scheme, and the variety of comfortable furniture it comes with (double bed, sofa, and wardrobe). You will also have a bathroom with a shower renovated in beautiful mosaic tiles and a kitchen with a ceramic hob, fridge and microwave, among other equipment.
The apartment is located in the quiet neighborhood of Sants-Montjuic, a few steps from the lively Plaza España and the metro station of the same name, with direct access to Paseo de Gracia.

Very pleasant stay. Small, clean apartment in bustling area near Mercado de Hostafrancs and Plaza d\'Espanya, about a thirty minute walk to Plaza Catalunya.

nos gusto mucho el apartamiento, era perfecto para 4 personas si no te quedas demasiado tiempo en el apartamiento porque tampoco es muy grande pero para una semana es perfecto. Esta muy bien puesto con muchas tiendas al lado y nos gusto mucho que no habían turistas en esta parte de la ciudad y es lo que buscábamos. Gracias para el servicio también.

I\'ve been there with my spouse for 5 days in May 2019. Great location, very close to almost all metro lines, trains (Barcelona Sants). Very close to the city center. Apts are equipped with all the necessary tools. OCS office communicated very good waiting for us after 6pm, explaining everything. Full complect of towels. What to improve: nevertheless, the price is very high - almost 140 euro per night in total is too much for 1 bedroom and small salon. I\'d expect to have there at least salt and sugar to avoid purchases of 1 kilo of each in the supermarket. No kettle, so you need to boil water in the pot. We found only the leftovers of the liquid soap - for this price I\'d expect to have a bit more. All the rest was OK.
