The highlight of the apartment is undeniably its 30 m2 terrace, furnished with a large table for 6 and parasol. This is a fantastic place to share a meal with family and friends, surrounded by views of the neighborhood, the National Museum of Catalunya and Magic Fountain in the distance.
This lovely duplex boasts a picturesque living room with a clean white and beige color scheme accented by a painting of fresh tulips on the wall, cozy couches and access to a balcony with nice views of the tree-lined avenue below. Further along you will find a glass dining table for 4 and a fully equipped and very clean kitchen with bright white cabinets. A winding staircase leads up to the cozy bedrooms, both tastefully decorated with soothing colors and equipped with large wooden closets. The master bedroom has access to a balcony facing an inner courtyard, typical of the Eixample area.
The apartment is located on a main avenue, in a neighborhood with several stores, restaurants, bars and movie theaters. You will be a short walk from Plaza Espanya, the Fira exhibition center and Parc de Joan Miró as well as the Las Arenas shopping center, which used to be a bullfighting stadium. The nearby Rocafort metro station (L1) is just 5 stops from Arc de Triomf and 3 stops from Plaza Catalunya, from which you can quickly access all the famous sites by foot.

We had a great trip to Barcelona staying at this apartment. It was very spacy and clean. The rooftop terace is a great place to chill, especially in the summer! The location is central and you can reach Barcelona by foot. Restaurants and Bars are directly nearby. Also we received a great service during the check-in process, since we were welcomed in front of the apartment and were shown around the area while going to the office to sign the lease! The recommendations we were provided with made our trip simply amazing! Special thanks to the young American woman who showed us around and gave us Trip-Tipps :) We love you! Afterall we highly recommend this apartment, leaving as a sidenote that we thought it was quite pricy given that it was end of november.
