In addition to the 3 bathrooms and the fully equipped kitchen, you will also have access to a 60 m2 terrace with views of the Las Arenas shopping center. A fantastic corner to enjoy breakfast in the sun with friends!

Reviews
We were in Barcelona for a long work assignment. This apartment is located very conveniently near Placa Espanya, which means great access to the Metro, the AeroBus to/from the airport, and lots of grocery shopping options. A short walk away is the main train station Barcelona-Sants. Advantages of the space include four bedrooms, a well-appointed kitchen, large refrigerator, two washers and of course the wonderful private roof terrace with both covered and open areas. It also has decent WiFi, which was critical for us. The main disadvantages are that there is no elevator and the large front bedroom has a lot of street noise. These were not issues for us - it was no problem to walk up to the fourth floor and we put the heavy sleeper into the front room.
We rented this apartment with a group of ten people. It\'s beautifully decorated and has a big roof terrace with an amazing view over the neighborhood as well as some sights. It\'s the perfect place for a breakfast in the sun! Even with a big group, we did not feel cramped, since the roof terrace gives a bit of extra space so you don\'t step on each other\'s toes. The neighborhood is one of the cheaper living areas in Barcelona, which means there are great places to get food and drinks all around! Since the kitchen is not stocked with anything like oil or spices, you would need to buy everything to cook. The many cheap fruit stores and supermarkets right next door make that easily possible though! From the apartment, it\'s easy to go anywhere in the city, since the metro station is just a few minutes away. Placa Espanya is well connected via multiple metro lines, and there are already some sights to visit without even going by metro. I would definitely recommend this apartment, especially for big groups, since there is another apartment available in the same building (that also has a roof terrace)!
