A long hallway with a beautiful arched entrance made of refurbished wood leads to the 5 lovely bedrooms, designed with a minimalist, natural theme for a sophisticated, uncluttered effect.
This is a huge 160 square meters apartment with 5 bedrooms and 2 private terraces. On one of the terraces you will find a chillout where you can have a few drinks, relax and enjoy the Barcelona sun from your own accommodation. There are 4 single beds and 3 double beds. The apartment has a washing machine and a dishwasher. It is located in the Plaza España square.
Between 9/12/2024 and 9/04/2024, the elevator will be installed in the building. There may be more noise than usual between 9am and 6pm. The works are OUTSIDE the apartment.

Mon mari et moi avions réservez cet appartement et nous le recommandons. La terrasse est un gros plus et elle est très calme il n\'y a aucuns bruits. Les services de Barcelona-home sont irréprochables, les règles d\'hygienes avec le Covid-19 sont parfaitement respectées. De plus, l\'appartement est grand et lumineux.
Nice apartment with good sleeping rooms and a fine dining room.
It’s really a nice experience staying in this apartment, very much spacious 5 bed rooms, even out side terrace is also very spacious. We really enjoyed staying there as it is just 1 minutes walk from Plaza Espania Metro station from where Any one can move every where of Barcelona from here. Fully equipped kitchen also added attraction of stay. Shopping places are also in walking distance.

We were ten friends wanting to have a good time in Barcelona for a weekend, I was in charge to find the right accommodation. Well, I definitely did! This apartment is really nice, big, with a big terrace. It’s really close to Plaza de España, good connected to the centre with the metropolitan. We just wished we could stay longer there! I would definitely suggest it to everyone. I also want to spend a good word for Alba and her colleagues from the agency Barcelona-Home.com, they were always really nice and available to us and made our stay there really easy and comfortable! Muchas gracias y hasta la próxima! P.s.: no sh*t here, this is NOT a fake feedback, if you are reading this nice one it’s just because they really deserved it. I confess I was lil’ sceptical at the beginning, I usually book my journeys with “more famous” websites or agencies. But I tried and I had to change my mind thanks to their professionalism.
