Built by an unprecedented event according to the legend: "A humble neighbor of the area went to look for snails on the mountain of Montjuic and in the course of the search he found a treasure with a large amount of money and jewels with which to build this emblematic building of Barcelona and in which snails adorn its facade.

The apartment is located in a very quiet neighbourhood next to one of the most emblematic roads of Barcelona, Av. del Paralelo. The area has a lot to offer culturally, with several theatres and restaurants where you can try a variety of delicious foods. It is an area with great diversity in its streets annexed to the city center, Barrio del Raval, Barceloneta, Pueblo Seco, Sant-Montjuic, Plaza España...
It also has excellent public transport (Metro: Line 3 Poble Sec- Linea 1 Rocafort). Close by are the prestigious, international restaurants such as Tikets, Hoja Santa, Bodega 1900 or Enigma, all of them directed by the prestigious chef Ferran Adria. Next to the apartment, you will find the emblematic mountain of Montjuic (the lung of Barcelona), where you can enjoy walks or practice sport in its various gardens, as well as the Plaza España, the Magic Fountain and the National Art Museum of Catalonia (MNAC), Spanish Village and Olympic Stadium.

This apartment worked great for us. We had a little bit of a delay moving in, but both the booking agency and the owner were extremely accommodating. The apartment was beautiful and we stayed for about 4.5 months. The location could not be better, as you are just one block from what we believed to be the most useful metro line (L3) , and only a 30 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here! The large living room and beautiful view were definitely the best part!
la casa dispone di tre camere normali pulite e con letti comodi, ha un bel bagno moderno e pulito una zona cucina attrezzata con tutti gli elettrodomestici ma la cosa eccezionale di questo appartamento è la terrazza.Tornare dal mare da una passegiata o da una serata è il massimo della goduria rilassarsi in terrazza. ad agosto la casa sempre fresca e silenziosa.anche la posizione è ottimale in pochi minuti si arriva ovunque e proprio sotto casa ci sono dei ristoranti super.

Starting a vacation in Barcelona. When keys received short walk to accommodation, found dirty dishes in cupboard, no foodstuff and only one roll of toilet paper, so started with shopping followed by dish-washing. Day four electricity breakdown, owner had no time so we had to stay home waiting for technician. Don\'t get me wrong, the terras, location of accommodation are just perfect/fabulous. But personally will not book this again. Description of accommodation says 6 persons (actually 6 beds and towels, but 500ml water-cooker for 6 persons??) description should contain \"NO foodstuff, shopping required\". Service from Barcelona-Home is without any doubt good.
