This is a modern two-floors open spaces that make it the ideal place to share and enjoy a family or group of friends. It is furnished and decorated with exquisite style and equipped with everything needed to make your stay as comfortable as being at home.
The lower floor has a comfortable living room loft with two sofa beds, a dining room that is connected to a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom. On the top floor is a spacious and comfortable bedroom with king size bed plus a single sofa bed, plus a complete and spacious bathroom.
If you bring car, have the option of parking, paying € 15 a day.

This duplex to rent for days is located in a quiet area just 10 minutes walk from the beach. It is a quiet residential area of Barcelona, next to the famous Rambla de Poblenou with its many bars, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops.
In his walk on the beach, you can enjoy the beauty of the Mediterranean before heading to dinner at one of the many restaurants of Puerto Olimpico and enjoy the varied and fun nightlife options offered by the city. At night do not miss the impressive Agbar Tower lit Catalan colors in the sky.
It is well connected, can reach the Ramblas in 15 minutes by metro, where you can enjoy all the entertainment and cultural options that this magnificent city has to offer.

Very good choice if you are traveling by car. It is very difficult to find parking in Barcelona and it is also quite expensive.
It is a good option when you can sleep all together with out having bedrooms separated. We were a group of friends so we really enjoyed that. We spent a great vacation and the apartment helped us a lot. Very comfortable, clean and well located.
It is a very nice apartment, modernly decorated that makes you a good impression since opening the door. It was very neat and clean. The kitchen is well equipped which I appreciated a lot because I wanted to save some money this way. (Traveling with children requires more) I am satisfied.
El departamento es muy bonito y moderno. Nos gustó muchísimo! La zona es un poco retirada del centro, pero también se agradece esto por el bullicio y cantidad de gente que hay ahi... La comunicación con el transporte público es buena y eso si, se puede llegar a la playa andando. o recomiendo bastante. Me hubiese gustado que hubiese Aire acondicionado, pero la verdad todo estuvo excelente.
La casa estaba muy limpia y oredenada. Me gustaria volver a Barcelona muy pronto.
This apartment is huge! so much space and pure luxury for our holiday. couldn´t believe how close it was to the beach! very light and clean.
Nice welcoming from the person who delivered us the keys all tough we couldn't pay by credit card and had to go to the ATM at the moment. Luckily there are several around the apartment and that wasn't any bigger trouble. Regarding the apartment, everything was Ok according its description on the website. I will recommend it to my friends and family.

The landlord and the Barcelona-Home team was very helpful when we lost our keys during the first days of our stay. Of course there was an additional fee for this since new keys had to be made, but the service was smooth and fast, thank you!
Cosy and very modern flat, everything new and equipped. We were a big group of friends and had a great trip! Close to the beach, this was the main point for us!

The apartment was fine, but it lacks some of the kitchen utensils, like newer and bigger frying pans since we were 7 persons. It should have electric warmer in both bathrooms so that we could dry our clothes and towels. The price is ok, but it should have a security box in the apartment so that we could lock our personal and important belongings, like passports, cards etc. All in all our stay in the apartment and in Barcelona was excellent. It has easy accessible to the beach and metro, so location was excellent since the area is peaceful and quiet. Everybody did enjoy.
