Perfect studio for a comfortable and memorable stay in Barcelona. In an area with excellent connections, both metro (2 stops) or by bus from the centre of Barcelona.
Being in a neighborhood Sants-Les Corts has a variety of services, from banks to supermarkets (Mercadona and Carrefour) to bicycle rental shops, bakery, convenient stores, pharmacies, etc..The building entrance is spacious, well lit and with 2 lifts. There is a concierge in the building, as well as Wi-Fi service.
It is well equipped and the owners have thought of everything from tea towels, cleaning products, cold drinks, even bed sheets and towels of high quality for your comfort. In the bathroom there is also a hair dryer, washer-dryer, and nearby you can find a shop that sells clothes pegs for those garments which cannot go in the dryer.

A 5 minutes walk from Sants Station: Trains, Commuter, Renfe Ave, train to the airport and Metro (L1, L3 and L5). A 10-15 minute walk from the Barcelona Trade Fair, the FC Barcelona, Spain Square (Fountain of Montjuic and Las Arenas Shopping Centre) and L'Illa Shopping Centre.

Reviews
I had a great experience in Barcelona ( I did an internship for 1 1/2 months). The flat is clean and has really everything you need! The location is of course not the most beautiful one of Barcelona but the position is in the center and you can reach everything by feet (or with the Metro wich is only 1 minute away from the flat). I was there as a young female student and even at night it is save and calm. Although the walls are really thin (so you can hear the neighbors leaving in the morning), you can get used to it quickly. Gabriela, the landlady, is a lovely person. I was in the hospital for 2 days and she came to visit me and often asked if everything is ok during my stay in Barcelona. I only can recommend the flat! If I will come again for my studies, I surely will come back to Gabriela´s flat.
I spend four months in this studio apartment and enjoyed it a lot. Landlady was really friendly and everything went out perfectly. I had zero problems with the apartment at all. Location is good and the studio has all the necessary furniture, equipment and kitchen tools. It is very modern and homely. Rent is not bad for a studio of this quality and location. I recommend this a lot!
This studio is amazing! Just perfect for one person! The location is great also! Very near Montjuic, las Arenas, Plaza de Espanya, Camp Nou. The neighbourhood is just adorable. And also, Gabriela is this amazing owner! Sweet, polite, very friendly and available if you need her. I truly recomend it. I had a great time there!

Прилетел. заселили быстро, все показали. Квартира уютная, оборудована всем чем нужно - и кофе машина и соковыжималка. Квартира имеет удобное расположение и хороший вид из окна. Рядом много продуктовых магазинов и лавочек овощных. Соседи тихие. Дом уютный. В 15 минутах от площади Испании. Всем рекомендую! Хозяйка квартиры очень хорошая и милая. Всегда поможет и на связи. С удовольствием приеду еще!
