Cozy studio equipped with everything you will need for a relaxing stay in the Sant Andreu neighborhood of Barcelona. As you enter the apartment you will see a charming U-shaped kitchen, whose warm wooden cabinets and sleek granite counters will make cooking as comfortable as it is in your own home. Across the counters you will see a simple and elegant dining area and a big blue couch separating the latter from the sleeping space. The apartment comes with a comfortable double bed facing a flatscreen TV, the perfect arrangement for watching a movie before falling asleep after a long day. Across from the bed you will also find an enormous closet with attractive wooden sliding doors and access to a beautifully renovated, very clean bathroom with a bathtub. The living room has access to a sunny balcony, perfect for a breath of fresh air or some yoga in the morning. The highlight of the building is its communal outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by a tiled pool deck perfect for suntanning while reading your favorite book.
The apartment has a great location just a few minutes from the La Sagrera metro station, with direct access to Arc de Triomf, the bustling Plaza Catalunya and the Sagrada Familia of Gaudí. For a romantic picnic with your partner visit Parc del Guinardó or Parc de la Trinitat. We also recommend taking a walk down Gran de Sant Andreu, the main shopping avenue of the neighborhood, lined with great shops, restaurants and bars. For a fantastic and authentic Catalan meal visit Can Roca restaurant or the historical Bar Versalles.

J\'ai fait un stage de 2 mois et demi à Barcelone. Je voulais absolument vivre dans un studio et ne pas faire de colocation, histoire d\'avoir plus d\'indépendance et d\'intimité. Pour un studio, je l\'ai trouvé plutôt \"grand\" c\'est d’ailleurs la première chose qu\'on remarque dès qu\'on entre ! il est bien équipé, la décoration et moderne, avec une ambiance plutôt \"cosy\" le genre d\'endroit ou on se sent facilement et rapidement \"chez soi\". Par contre il n\'est pas au plein centre de Barcelone, même s\'il y a deux stations de métro à côté, c\'est pas très pratique. Mais le studio est à proximité de superbes parcs, pour les joggeurs comme moi c\'est l\'idéal. De plus le check-in s\'est très bien passé et le propriétaire est vraiment sympa! Très bon séjour à Barcelone.
