The living area comes with plenty of sitting space, with the sofa bed, snug grey armchair and the elegant dining table and glass coffee table. Lastly, there's the bathroom, which is outfitted with a metal frame shower and a floating sink and styled with warm colors.
This wonderful one bedroom apartment is located in a trendy residential area of Sarria-Sant Gervasi. The location is great as it's close to so many parks, bars and restaurants, most notably the fabulous Fonda de Sant Gervasi. It's also fantastic for transportation on account of the easy access to downtown Barcelona and closest metro station is Lesseps (L3) is just a walk away.

Je suis jeune travailleur et j\'ai vécu deux mois dans cet appartement avec ma copine. Pour deux personnes, il est vraiment parfait car pas trop grand mais confortable. Nous avons profité de la vie Barcelonaise car il se situe dans un chouette quartier, animé mais pas trop bruyant. Comme je travaillais pas loin, il était parfait, je pouvais me rendre au travail à pied (ce qui est un vrai confort). Niveau touristique il est pratique car pas trop centré.

Mes amies et moi avons loué cet appartement pour des vacances à Sarria-Sant Gervasi. Les meubles étaient en bon état et l\'appartement est situé juste en face de la mer. Néanmoins, nous la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas.
