Apartment located in the historic center of the city, in the Borne neighborhood, where some of the most interesting restaurants, bars and boutiques in the city are located. This house is recently renovated and carefully decorated, creating a radiant, clean and bright environment. It consists of a living-dining room with contemporary and functional furniture, a modern kitchen with custom-designed furniture, all in a space marked by the age of the exposed beams on the ceilings.
Here you will stay in a typical country house in the old town, and you will also be able to enjoy a picturesque neighborhood near Las Ramblas, El Borne. Both day and night, the Borne has an intense cultural and gastronomic activity. As if this were not enough, the excellent connections with metro and bus, L4 Jaume, L1 Urquinaona, are just a few steps from this central accommodation.

We have had a really pleasant stay there for 8 months in total. The apartment is modern and cozy, and the communication with the owner was very fast and easy.
I lived in Carrer del Portal Nou for 3 months and had a pleasant experience overall. Staff at Barcelona Home have been helpful and usually responded promptly to my emails and requests. Things I would recommend improving are 1) Barcelona Home should inform tenants verbally about the security cameras in the apartment and how they function before they move in 2) If someone needs to be sent to the tenant\'s apartment, make sure to send someone who can communicate with the tenant. I was able to speak some Spanish when someone who showed up to my apartment couldnt speak any English. It would be very inconvenient if the tenants couldn\'t speak any Spanish.
We lived here for six months in the first floor flat. Clean and modern apartment with two bedrooms, small kitchen, and small balcony. Bright and clean, good air conditioning. The apartment is well located, close to the park and Arc de Triomf and to lots of bars and restaurants in the trendy Born area. Decent reliable WiFi. Although the roof terrance was a selling point, we rarely used it in practice because it was small and shared between the entire stairwell. The beds were uncomfortable and low quality. Barcelona Home were always quick to respond to requests and friendly. Overall, recommended but these are relatively expensive apartments for short term stays.
Ho passato una settimana con la mia famiglia in questo appartamento e mi sono trovato molto bene. L\'appartamento si trova in una zona molto viva e i mezzi di trasporto sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. La casa è molto moderna e ben fornita e il proprietario di casa è stato molto gentile ed ospitale con noi.

We stayed at this flat for four months. It has perfect location. But beds were so unconfortable.
I had a really pleasant staying with my family! Kids enjoyed Barcelona so much. After the cold in Canada was so nice and pleasant spent 1 month here i this nice country and pleasant!

We stayed in this appartment for 6 weeks. Everything was very clean and brand new equiped. The location of the appartment is simply perfect. You can reach everything by walking, the beach the Ciutat veillat, Sagrada Familia. We really enjoyed staying here...

I really enjoyed my holidays in Barcelona and this apartment was perfect for me and my family. We were in close proximity to the Zoo and the beach so the kids were really happy during the whole stay. We really loved the terrace ! It was the perfect place for me and my family to enjoy a nice meal while we were admiring the surroundings. The atmosphere of the house made us feel extremely comfortable. I will surely come back !
Stayed here during the Primavera Sound festival, it was really good. Apartment was very nice and clean, towels and linen provided was helpful. The safety deposit box was refundable. Our contact person was extremely accomodating and informative. Had a great time and would definitely stay again.

On ne peut pas trouver mieux en terme de localisation.. Nous étions à côté de la plage , à côté du centre , à côté des boîtes de nuits !! Au centre de tout , je recommande cet appartement
Small bedrooms but this apartment is so good that we didn't really care about this. Lovely terrace , nice design , modern apartment.
The owner was late for one hour for the check-in but he has hosted us really well and made us a little visit of the neighborhood. Moreover the apartment is really good , we noticed that we were in the center of everything.

Lors de mon séjour sur Barcelone j\'ai résidé dans cet appartement qui est situé à deux pas de la plage, l\'idéal. La terrasse est superbe pour prendre son déjeuner au soleil ou lire le soir, ce fut de bons moments de détente.
