About the position:

The individual chosen for the Human Resources position will manage the administration of human resources policies, procedures and programs; specifically, he/she will be in charge of recruiting, motivating and tracking the progress of employees.

Key responsibility will include:

  • Assistance of the CEO and coordination of the different departments
  • Recruitment of new interns and application process
  • Planning of weekly meetings
  • Conduction of orientation for new interns and employees
  • Tracking employees and interns working efficiency
  • Contact of new employees and interns
  • Maintainment of personal files
  • Network with external parties
  • Organization and coordination of employee events, when required
