About the position:
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Booking Agent to work part-time (16 hours) during weekends at our centric offices in the Barcelona. The focus of your work will include managing our call center with the help of the company’s interns.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Replying to inquiries via phone and email
- Tending to customers visiting the office
- Managing the bookings in our backend system
- Coordinate the interns of the department
What do we offer?
- 8 net euro per hour
- Bonuses in form of ticket restaurants based on commitment and performance
- 6 month temporary contract, with possibility to extend the term of the contract.
Qualifications:
- Student with a strong interest in sales pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Tourism or related field
- Excellent knowledge of Spanish and English, other European languages are a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Taste for team-work
Basic requirements:
- No previous relevant working experience is needed and the training for the position will be provided by the company
- Only candidates living in Barcelona will be considered
