The evening will start as you’re invited into the Spoonik kitchen to meet the staff and chefs, and enjoy an array of “amuse bouches” and drinks. You’ll see the chefs regularly throughout the night as they carefully and passionately explain each dish in person as it is served to you. The high quality and artistic nature of the food highlights the fact that this restaurant is a labour of love. For keen foodies you can even marvel at the kitchen in full flow. The kitchen is situated in full view of diners adding to the innovative atmosphere.

The €95 per head menu has over ten different courses and is also available with additional drinks for between €25-45 depending on your preferences. Standout dishes include a cuttlefish arepa, glazed beef, roasted duck confit and mullet in banana leaf. The Caribbean Columbian dessert with banana bread and seven textures yoghurt dessert are truly exceptional.
