Koy Shunka is a gourmet Japanese restaurant with one Michelin star located in the Barrio Gótico neighborhood of Barcelona´s historical district. The professional and talented chefs will prepare all of the dishes in front of you. The local, seasonal ingredients are selected to ensure the dishes are of a good quality. The restaurant has a tasting menu of 12 small dishes, each of which is individually presented and explained by the chef. The best dish is the Kobe beef. It offers traditional Japanese classics fused with a Catalan style.
