Kannon Gyo
Kannon Gyo is a yoga and meditation center with a soul located in the very heart of the Borne district of Barcelona. This center offers many different practices of yoga (vinyassa flow, ashtanga, anusara, hatha, acro-yoga, yin-yoga…) for all levels of yoga from people new to yoga, beginners, intermediate as well as for advanced.
Kannon Gyo center often hosts exhibitions and concerts, dance workshops and many teacher trainings (including Anusara, yoga for children, ashtanga and yin yoga) as well as programs and retreats for massage, reiki and guided meditation.
As an owner of this company Amelia Melo explains, the center “offers a gateway for people to really connect with their inner selves” and a fabulous range of classes and experienced teachers in the many different disciplines of yoga. Her aim is to “ensure students a really authentic experience and provide true human benefit.”
