Foc i Oli
Located in the Eixample district of Barcelona, Foc i Oli is a cozy restaurant that serves handmade burgers and sandwiches. They use freshly prepared ingredients with different bread, meat, vegetables and sauces. You can even put together your own creation.
Foc i Oli puts a spin on traditional burgers and sandwiches. The menu is concise and creative with four sandwich and five burger options to choose from with prices ranging between €5 and €12.
The sandwich menu has two chicken, one vegetarian and one beef option. The “El Chivito” sandwich is the specialty, served with beef entrecote, ham, bacon, mayonnaise, gouda cheese, red pepper, onion confit and salad on brioche bread. The chicken sandwiches are served with avocado mayonnaise, lemon, camembert cheese, arugula and apple.
The burgers are all served with interesting accompaniments. The specialties are the “La Especial” with gouda cheese, bacon, onion and a fried egg and the “Foie” which is served with foie gras, caramelised onions and a Pedro Jimenez reduction.
The restaurant also has a selection of beers to enjoy in one of the best cities in the world.
