Centro De Lengua Y Cultura Rusa A. Pushkin
Centro De Lengua Y Cultura Rusa A. Pushkin was created in 1992 in Barcelona. Nowadays it is one of the most important cultural centers in Spain. Its main objective is the multilateral development of cultural relations between Russia and Spain, popularizing and spreading Russian language and culture, through the teaching of this language (at different levels), and carrying out various cultural activities. The Center has a team of professional translators.
The Center’s work is supported by the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Spain and the Consulate General of Russia in Barcelona. From 2008, our Center is also a representative of the “Russkiy mir” Foundation in Spain.
In this center are all teachers are native and highly qualified teaching Russian language in the small groups of 6 to 12 students with flexible schedules (mornings, afternoons, evenings and Saturdays).
Their classrooms are fully equipped with air conditioning, audio, and video equipment. The center has a specialized library in Russian language and a video library (DVD) with Russian films in original version.
This language center often organizes cultural activities such as parties, exhibitions, conferences, round tables, seminars, colloquia and other activities.
In the Center Russian classes are taught at different levels. The course covers a period of 5 academic years. Each year corresponds to a certain level of knowledge: beginner, advanced beginner, intermediate, advanced and superior, which the student must assimilate, corresponding to the international system ТRKI. In addition, they offer the possibility to improve the language to students of higher levels.
For Russian-speaking children, there is also a Russian language school whose classes are carried out according to a special program, created for the children of our co-living abroad.
