Looking for some flaky, buttery croissants for breakfast? Or maybe a sip of French wine? Cafe Emma, located in the elegant Eixample neighborhood of Barcelona, is a restaurant inspired by the classic Parisian bistro and fine French cuisine.
The restaurant welcomes you with a warm and inviting design which is divided into three parts: the terrace, the bar and the dining room. It also features an oyster bar and a small bakery. The breakfast menu includes sandwiches and pastries, while the a la carte menu has classic French dishes, such as duck rilletes, liver terrine, Niçoise salad and duck confit, as well as international dishes like steak and burger. Their $17 lunch menu includes an appetizer, grilled Iberian pork or duck, a cocotte snack and dessert, and is very reasonable in price, considering the quality. Their wine collection is also superb, with labels from all over France.
