Bar Casi
Bar Casi is a restaurant that has an authentic Catalan cuisine, located in the district of Gràcia in the north of the city centre. It is a popular restaurant that attracts locals as well as tourists.
The attentive staff proudly take customers on a culinary journey and amusingly even display a sign that says “We speak poor English, but we cook very well.”
Starter options include mussels, gazpacho, vegetarian omlette, chickpea salad and a local speciality “Trinxat” (pork, potatoes and cabbage). The majority of the main dishes are grilled, like tuna, hake, salmon cod, pork and beef entrecote. The specialties are pork and beef ribs, baked chicken “Pollo al Horno”, and beef “Fricando”.
At an incredible €10.90 for three courses including a dessert, bread and a drink this affordable restaurant is a great place to go for something to eat and it’s not far from Park Güell either.
