The restaurant will take you on a tour of international cuisine with destinations including France, Spain, Mexico, Peru and Japan. The menu includes small bites, cheese and oysters. The specialties are short ribs, 21 day matured dry aged beef entrecote, avocado cannelloni stuffed with prawns and salmon yubiki with apple ponzu sauce. Desserts include their famous “Cactus” and passion fruit créme brulée.
Agut is not only known for good food but also the cocktails and wide selections of gins. Alongside more traditional cocktails like margaritas they have in-house specials such as their signature Mojito Agust made with aged rum, fresh raspberry, blueberry, lime, sugar and mint.
