The 22-year-old Canadian popstar Justin Bieber will be performing live at the Palau Sant Jordi. It all began when Justin contributed in a talent contest in his hometown, in which the 12-year-old Justin Bieber ended second. After, his single mother began posting clips of Justing covering Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder and Ne-Yo on youtube. He turned into a youtube phenomenon, and became a superstar within only 2 years.
Usher signed the young Bieber to a contract, and in May 2009 he came with his first single One Time which became certified shortly after its release. The success continued when his album My World was sold over 137,000 copies within a week. In 2010 he released My World 2.0 including ten new songs and his fan base kept growing. But Justin is still in his teens, and he got himself involved in a number of troubles. During this time he also started dating Selena Gomez but their relationship didn’t succeed.
Bieber returned in 2015 when he dropped major hits and a incredibly popular new album called What Do You Mean. And he won he first Grammy for “Where Are Ü Now”.
The concert will be taking place in Palau Sant Jordi, a venue designed by the Japanese architect Arata Isozaki, originally for the 1992 Olympic Games. The Palau is widely as an architecture jewel with a spectacular design. The venue can hold up to 17,960 people for concerts.
