– Arranging apartment visits and execute them
– Answering emails and phone calls in different languages
– Helping customers out in the office

Candidate Requirements:
– Advanced knowledge of English AND Spanish
– Any other European language native or proficient knowledge is a plus (particularly French)
– Knowledge in Rental Accommodation sector
– Able to work under pressure

Costume Service with languages
Barcelona-Home is a tourism solutions company located in Barcelona. We are searching for motivated costume service with languages to join our international team. The assignments involve:
– Check-ins and guest reception
– Claims management
– Booking issues management
– Creating and managing newsletters using actual trends or defined guide
– Apartment viewings and other customer related work
– Social Media CRM.
– Help with marketing and content material
The job is full-time and the payment is variable, depending language skills from the candidate. However while assisting with customer service department you will have a chance to earn up to 500€/month depending on experience and showed abilities.
The candidate can earn from 900€ up to 1300€. We are also offering full training and a chance to learn marketing techniques as well as an opportunity to improve communication and language skills while dealing with the customers online and offline.
Barcelona-Home is looking for candidates who:
– Have an advanced knowledge of English and Spanish
– Knowledge in Russian or Swedish is a big plus
