Arenas de Barcelona is a shopping center with a very interesting history. It opened in 2011 in what was formerly the city´s bullring but after bullfighting was made illegal in Catalunya, the impressive historical building was converted into a shopping center with a unique architecture.
There are shops offering both local and international clothing brands, cosmetic products, sportswear leisure products, Mercadona supermarket and many restaurants. There is also a museum, a fitness center and a cinema.
The shopping center has free wifi and a parking area open from Monday to Sunday. It is near Montjuïc and other tourist sites. The nearest metro station is Plaça de Espanya.
