About the position:

As an employee within Human Resources and Administration you will be responsible for coordinating and directing HR functions at Barcelona Home. You will be a part of the HR department by planning, implementing and evaluate employees and interns working at the company. You will also be in charge of the overall administration of the company.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the recruitment process of employees and interns
  • Assisting the CEO with various projects
  • Taking care of the company’s administration
  • Ordering supplies to the office
  • Performing paper evaluations

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience of working within HR and Administration
  • Bilingual in both Spanish and English
