Bright and cozy bedroom in a shared apartment, located in the quiet residential neighborhood of Gracia, just minutes from several beautiful parks: Parc del Guinardó, Parc de las Aguas, and the famous Parc Güell. You'll be just steps from Gracia's picturesque squares, full of great bars and restaurants, as well as the Sagrada Familia, one of Barcelona's most iconic landmarks. Art lovers will enjoy the proximity of the Hospital de Sant Pau, known for its modernist architecture. The nearby Alfons X metro stop provides direct access to Born and Barceloneta beach.
The apartment has a splendid living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, and a wooden dining table for four. We love the carefully chosen decorations, the rustic jug paintings, the plants, and the small collectibles, all of which add a personal touch to the setting. The living room opens onto a balcony, equipped with a small table and two chairs, a perfect breakfast nook. You can also choose to dine in the modern, fully equipped kitchen, characterized by smooth granite counters and orange fixtures that add a fresh touch of color to the space. You'll have access to a full bathroom with a bidet and shower.

This apartment in Barcelona is situated in a quiet street in the Guinardó district, in the upper area of Barcelona. It is also near to the Hospital de Sant Pau, one of the masterpieces of Catalan Modernism and minutes from the famous Parc Güell designed by the architect Antoni Gaudí. This area is very quiet all day and there are numerous amenities including supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and public parks. From here you can reach the Gracia neighborhood famous for its crafts shops and its busy nightlife. You can reach the city centre by foot (30 minutes) or by the excellent public transport connections.

Appartment in residencial area, near metro and bus stops. Pleasant neighbourhood with small supermarkets at walking distance. It’s a shared with another tenant and Antonia who is the owner of the house. Antonia is a pleasant lady and very respectful of your space. Clean appartment, the common areas are cleaned by Antonia. You can cook and use the washing machine. Very pleasant stay.
I spend two months in this apartmenent and had a really good time there. The flat was definitely the cleanest one I have ever seen and the ower was very nice and considerate. The kitchen is very big and has everything you need. You also reach the next metro station in two minutes and there are a lot of supermarkets nearby. All in all I had a really good stay there.

Sono stato in questo appartamento per 6 mesi quando ho fatto l\'erasmus con la mia università, mi sono trovato molto bene. La proprietaria di casa è sempre stata molto gentile e disponibile. La casa era sempre molto pulita. L\'appartamento è situato in una zona molto tranquilla vicino alla Sagrada Familia e a pochi passi dalla fermata di Alfonso X. Se dovete fare un esperienza studio a Barcellona ve lo consiglio vivamente!

I stayed for almost two months at Antonia\'s place and I was content with the experience. Very good location, the line metro closeby is connected to many important spots in the city and 10 minutes walking distance from Sagrada Familia. The apartment is very clean, with all needed commodities. Antonia is a very nice person, welcoming and helpful in making your stay as good as possible. I would definitely reccomend if looking for a calm, pleasant place to stay for work/study.
