The apartment has recently been completely refurbished and is very functional, characterized by soft wooden floors and a tasteful purple color scheme. A large and sunny terrace, with wooden tables and chairs, is the perfect place to relax under the Barcelona sun and have breakfast with views of the neighbourhood.
Located in the Born district, the apartment is a few steps from the main tourist attractions of Barcelona, such as the Picasso Museum, the church of Santa María del Mar and the Arc de Triomf. El Born is known for its maze of narrow streets, impressive architecture and a wide variety of shops and restaurants. The apartment is also very close to the Parc de la Ciutadella, perfect for a morning run or a quiet picnic.

This beautiful accommodation in the center of Barcelona is situated in the city center in a unique and privileged position in the neighbourhood of El Born, one of the oldest neighbourhoods in the city. It is within walking distance of some of the most important monuments of the city such as the famous Church of Santa Maria del Mar, the Picasso Museum and the Palau de la Música Catalana, one of the most important works of Catalan modernism, declared World Heritage by the Unesco. Thanks to its unique emplacement, all major monuments and historical landmarks of the city are easily accessible whether it is on foot or by the excellent public transport serving the area.

This is the perfect apartment for two people. Location is excelent, apartment is small but very good equiped with everithing you need for plesent stay in Barcelona. We spend wonderful 35 days in beautifull Barcelona, and this place help us in it. We will come back for sure.

El apartmento es muy pequeño pero tiene una excelente ubicación para turistas! En el medio de El Borne, un barrio lleno de calles angostas y plazas, lugares para comer y tomar algo. Cerca del metro líneas 1 y 4, se puede llegar a todos lados. El espacio es muy reducido, va mejor para 1 persona, no tanto para 2. Muy recomendable!
