I spent 35 days in this lovely apartment in June/July 2015, and I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment is nice, comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The location is convenient (5 minute walk to metro station; a good market place and lots of grocery shops in the vicinity), and the neighborhood is indeed pleasant. The check-in/check-out process also went smoothly, and the rental agency was very professional. Although the security deposit was a bit pricy, it was returned in total. I would definitely rent this apartment again.
