Fantastic apartment available for long-term stay in the Eixample neighborhood, whose proximity to Hospital Clinic and university buildings makes it perfect for UPC or University of Barcelona medical students. The apartment is characterized by a very clean and minimalist interior design, featuring a sober color scheme of dark brown wood, beige and white. The living room comes with a soft couch, a round wooden table for 4, and an fully equipped open kitchen. The living room is complete exterior, with huge floor-to-ceiling balcony windows allowing in plenty of light to shine in, so that you may enjoy breakfast at the dining table while being warmed by the Mediterranean sunshine. The bedroom comes furnished with a large double bed, which will guarantee you a peaceful night of sleep, and has access to a large private balcony, perfect for a breath of fresh air or nice breakfast outside. You will also have access to a recently refurbished bathroom with a full shower and large mirror to get ready in front of in the morning.
The apartment has a great location, just a few minutes from major thoroughfare Diagonal, the delightful shopping avenue Pau Claris and the Mercat de Ninot, a fantastic market where you will find all the fresh local produce you will need to cook at home. You will also be just a short walk from Tuset, a street lined with famous bars, nightclubs and restaurants. The nearby Entença metro station will easily connect you to the rest of the city.

Sono venuto a Barcellona per il mio tirocinio all\'Hospetal Clinic e volevo qualcosa di semplice e sofisticato. Questo appartamento aveva tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno. Il divano letto è stato utilissimo per ospitare familiari ed amici in visita da casa. Solo una ventina di minuti di camminata da Plaza Catalunya, una quindicina in autobus per i pigri. L\'unico problema è che ho avuto è stato un mal funzionamento dell Wifi, ma il propietario lo ha risolto velocemente.

Questo appartamento è abbastanza grande. La sala è vivibile e luminosa, è situato vicino alla fermata di Hospital Clinic, una zona molto tranquilla. I mobili sono abbastanza moderni, ve lo consiglio.
