Уютная, небольшая Квартира в хорошем районе и близко от пляжа. Есть один минус, очень плохо работает кондиционер. Хозяйка всегда на связи, проблем не было.

Our family of two adults and two kids aged 7 and 4 had a lovely stay in this apartment. It had everything we needed and was refreshingly free from furniture and products from a certain swedish homewares store! Beds were very comfortable, with plenty of snug blankets. We stayed in early April and a few nights were quite chilly but the apartment was warm and cosy. Lovely to be able to open the shutters onto the terrace in the daytime. The area is really great for families; not very touristy, which meant we really felt like we were living like true Barcelonians for the week. Playground round the corner, great eateries, close to the beach and metro. Would recommend it and hope to return some day.
I det stora hela, bra. Läget var bra,lägenheten var bra. Nära till affärer,restauranger, stranden, tunnelbana, buss och stadsdelens egen rambla. Det enda som var mindre bra var att personen som lämnade och skulle hämta nyckeln inte kunde ett enda ord på engelska. Detta gjorde givetvis det svårt att kommunicera, och det blev ett missförstånd och vi fick lämna lägenheten och nycklar, innan personen kom. Utan att kunna få tillbaka vår depositionavgift. Det skulle säkert underlätta om personen har en förtryckt lapp med behövliga uppgifter på, där bägge parter förstår eller vet innehållet. Men annars så bra, att om kommer dit nån mer gång kan vi tänka oss att bo där igen.

We had great time in Barcelona, apartment is located in amazing place, 5-10 minute walking to the beach, and wonderful rambla poblenou restaurants in neighbour street. One discomfort was we got only one key for three adult people. We could not split up to go to the city, so we had to be always together.

Bien placé, pour finir la journée à la plage. métro, resto à proximité isolation phonique pas top mais pour quelques jours OK sombre. rapport qualité prix OK
After searching for hours, we finally find this place. Good location, kitchen and oven, enough places to sleep and walking distance to the beach. We were also surprised to find that they had supermarkets and a shopping centre nearby which made life a lot easier! However the shower was not working when we arrived but they got someone to come the same day to fix it, very grateful for your hospitality!
We had nice stay in this apartment. Our flights were delayed for a few hours in evening but the landlord was nice and very helpful. Very clean too.
A family holiday in this apartment was ideal. Jacob (10)and Ross (6) loved the sofa - we practically couldn\'t get them off it. We thought the location was good for beach and an easy metro ride to see tourist attractions. And you can\'t complain about being in the sun all day!
Spent 2 weeks here with my 2 kids and loved it. place is full of character! would´ve spent more time on the beach if it hadn´t rained so much! overall lovely place, recommend it for families.
Nice flat, the kitchen is quite small but as we ate out most of the time,we didn´t mind! Especially as it´s so close ot the beach!
We were a group of friends visiting Barcelona, the flat location was perfect, really close from the beach and nightclubs located in this area. The flat was comfortable and everything was clean. I recommend this accomodation to youngs or families.
