Description
Room in a shared apartment for girls. Apart from yours, on the apartment there are two more rooms: in one the owner lives permanently, and in the other, any student on a rotating basis. The room is characterized by having a lot of light, since the height of the building allows it. It is small but contains everything you need. Large cabinets and a mirror. Simple but great.
The owner lives in the apartment (in one of the bedrooms) and has a small-medium sized Cocker Spaniel dog.
Located on a high floor in the Virrei Amat area, in the Nou Barris neighborhood, it is very close to the Sant Andreu Arenal train station and the Fabra i Puig metro station, and has three metro stops of two lines different (Virrei Amat, Maragall and Vilapicina). We recommend having a coffee at El Cafè d'en Cuxart or immersing yourself in the fun challenges of Enigma, a Room Escape experience where to exit, it will not be as simple as entering!

Beautiful flat, lovely decor and a stylish design. The owner was really friendly and helpful which made it a really pleasant stay. The bedroom was really pretty and had a very cosy feel. The location had good metro links and was in a great area.
