The master suite features a cozy bed, a very ample walk-in closet, a recently refurbished en-suite bathroom with hydromassage bathtub and direct access to the sunny terrace. The other comes with its own full bathroom, as well, and is characterized by a cozy familiar atmosphere, guaranteed to make you feel at home. Between the two bedrooms you will find a spacious living room with a TV and cozy black sectional sofa easy to configure as you wish. This area is partially separated from a dining room, furnished with a nice wooden table, and a fully equipped kitchen alongside it. By choosing this accommodation you will have access to a wonderful 70 m2 terrace with an outdoor dining area, lounge chairs, barbecue and wonderful views of the surrounding city and mountains. This is a great space to lie under the sun or enjoy a meal together with your roommates.

This lovely residence is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, just a few minutes from the Rambla del Carmel, a great promenade for taking a walk or having a drink with a friend. On a nice day we recommend visiting the nearby Parc del Guinardó and enjoying a picnic on the Bunkers del Carmel with fabulous views of Barcelona. Also nearby is the El Carmel (L5) metro station with quick access to the historical center.
